Hello. I'm new to actinic so do bare with me. I currently have a problem in the checkout process. Whenever there are more than 60 product lines in the shopping cart, a script error occurs at the very last stage of the checkout process - after verifying email & password. The error reads "Internal Server Error, this is an error with your script". My theory is that all of the products lines are kept in an array & the script might not be able to handle this. I rang up actinic phone support and was informed that the hosting server did not have enough memory to handle the script. Is migrating to another server the only solution?

See if you can persuade your hosts to aloocate more menory and execution time to Perl scripts. If you can't then you will need to move. Tell them this as it may help them concentrate on keeping you.Norman - www.drillpine.biz
