Packing list is blank...

I've just received an order for a recently added product. I've had lots of orders without this problem before but no orders for this product, so not sure if I've just made an error on the product somewhere...

The problem is that the packling list is blank. I mean the form is there, with the address and everything - but the product list is blank, the product is not listed, nor any quantities or anything.

Strangly the invoice lists everything just fine. I've tried previewing the packing list within actinic and get the same result.

Any ideas...?

It is a product with no order line for main product or separate order line for component, anything odd like that?

John, email me your packing list and invoice and I'll find out what the difference is and fix it for you, this is intriguing.
