How do you configure Actinic to just upload updates?

Would it make any difference if im still on using a 30 day trial version on the "Business" version.??

Im doing what wjcampbe suggested, and doing a refresh at the moment, its busy doing a "check and send files", strange but its the same screen i get when i click on the "update" blue arrow icon

Yep after doing the compacting and refreshing of the site i just altered a stock level value and then hit upload, this time it did not upload all html files, etc.

So i *think* it is working ok now. Thank you all for your help
