No response when trying to upload site or download orders

Hi,

After recently changing servers, the first upload went fine and the site is all working OK online.
However, when I now try to upload the site or download orders, nothing happens. The window goes out of focus but the normal uploading dialog box does not appear.
Doing a complete web refresh gives the same response, along with trying the full web purge and refresh.
Does anyone perhaps have any ideas?

Yes its all OK in that respect. Just when I click on the upload or download arrows nothing happens, the normal dialog box even does not come up

Any error message when you run the test button in Advanced | Network Setup?
