    payment problems

    I am having trouble with processing payments with Protx.
    It goes through to the transfer to protx part and then gets stuck with the following message.

    You will now be automatically transferred to the Protx VSP secure server to process your credit card details with complete confidence.

    Is anyone else having trouble?

    Hi there

    This can sometimes happen if the command

    OnLoad="NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD"

    is missing from the <body> tag of the Primary template that is being used for the Protx bounce page. Could you check this?

      Thanks, all sorted now, for some reason the protx setting had gone back to test mode.

      Fixed now
