    Shipping - Outside Uk Mainland

    Hi,
I'm a bit confused about shipping charges.
I have 5 locations in advanced

    uk mainland
    East Coast Scotland
    Highlands and Islands
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
    THE CHANNEL ISLANDS
they are also in Business settings UNDER SHIPPING BY ZONE set

    0.50 £22.60
    10.00 £22.60
( this is Royal Mail prices)

but I notice that on the site the Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
    does not appear.
    What is wrong?
    Thanks

That dosen't appear to be your only problem.
When I just looked at the site, UK mainland was not an option either.
When I selected East Coast Scotland, the shipping charge displayed as Channel Islands.

Apart from setting up locations, you also need to set these locations up in your postage tables.

    View | Business Settings

Set shipping bands by zone, and make sure you have a zone for each of your individual locations. Then add the location to the relevant zone.

I agree. Every zone selected appears as Channel Is and N Ireland isn't an option.

I've attached 2 word docs with screen shots. Perhaps you can point out where I've gone wrong please.

From your screenshots, it dosen't look like you have set up individual zones for each location.

Under shipping bands (by zone), right hand click and Add a new zone name 'Northern Ireland'.
In the right hand section of the zone properties window, find UK and expand expand the '+' to reveal the locations that you set up.
Using the arrow pointing left, add UK-Northern Ireland ONLY to this zone and click OK.
        Repeat for your other locations.
Each location needs its own seperate zone.
Within each zone, you can then set up your postage tables.
