when customer logs in cgi error?

Hi all major problems all this weeks which is great!!

just got a email from a customer thats saying that when she logs in to her account she is getting this message

"CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."

i have not idea what it means though?

Hi there

Try creating a test account and see if you get the same as well. This issue maybe related to your upload issue, because it is not updating properly on the server, You will get an error message.
