Downloading shop content

This should be a really easy one.....

I'm not sure what Its called excactly so find it hard to locate in forum. ( keeps getting sage threads)

I just want to simply download a list of the products used in the shop along with thier product codes.

I think i have done this before but cant work out how i did it?

can anyone point me in the correct direction.

Its in the operations | reports section

when you say operations | reports section to you mean from the top menu bar? i cant find a menu called operations, i tried the ... reports | reports selection... but can only print the chosen files. IS THERE A WAY TO DOWNLOAD THE DETAILs as an excell document? (damn caps key)
