I wish to construct a report showing my best customers. Unfortunately I am finding this difficult as they sometimes use say, Mrs Smith - next Ms Smith and then maybe Mary Smith and the current sales analysis report show these as separate customers. The only common factor seems to be e-mail addresses. I have Crystal Reports 8.5 - is there an easy way to restructure the Sales report to analyse it by e-mail address? Many thanks.
