Different shipping costs in different sections?

Hi,

Is it possible to set different shipping costs for different sections within Actinic? My client sells clothes as well as furniture. The clothes need a shipping fee of £5, bu the furniture has to be £50.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As the clothes would be light in weight (well compared to furniture), might be an idea to use the weight based shipping calculator, and assign low weights to the clothes and higher weights to the furniture, or real ones for that matter.

Apart from that, it is not possible to set a setting that says use one set of shipping to another based on the section the product resides within, sorry.

You should be able to work this out using weight as the shipping calculator. Just set the weight of your furniture (and the associated shipping cost table entry for clothing) above the heaviest clothing order weight value.

Example: Heaviest clothing order 50kg

weight table
50kg - 5.00
500kg - 50.00

furniture weight 60kg per piece
