Removing fields in searchable properties field

Greetings...

How would I be able to edit the fields under default field in searchable properties? I have some fields which duplicate the same property and would like to remove some.
ie: under my greek music artists i have some compilations in which I list the artists (john, joe, mike). In this example I would like to remove joe and mike and just leave john in this field. Is this possible or can I somehow remove the whole field from my choices?

There is a list of excluded words in Search Settings - is this what you are looking for?
