is there any way of getting rid of the columns for back order and cancelled items, as we werent going to use these features in actinic? seen that the titles can be removed / changed.

Have edited it to `Invoice` but its still printing as `Reprint`. Must be another use of this within catalog?

Apart from that, I've always thought that `Reprint` was an odd word to use. `Invoice` perhaps more suitable, or even `Summary`?

George - are you searching for 960 or using the "go to" button and then entering?

It is located under the "packing list" tab on the second screen scroll entitled "reprint"

Yeah, sorted the 960 id (edited my earlier post), found it via the text method as you also added.

The "Reprint" I was hoping to remove/edit appears at the top of all invoices we print. We also print a Data Entry Report before that.

I have removed the `Reprint` in the 960 id and left it blank, but it still appears on the top of the customer invoice.

Why would you want to call a packing list "invoice"?

AH.. Ok you've answered my Question....

but for reprint on invoices i think you have to indicate that an invoice is a reprint or a copy otherwise you can fall into the shady world of double invoicing which is a fraudulant activity.

We print a data entry report with all the customer order info. Check.

Ship the goods, add payment details. Check.

Print invoice for customer. Check.

Except that the invoice has `Reprint` along the top.

I'd like the `Reprint` removed.

I would be more inclined to determine why the first print of your invoices results in "Reprint" rather than change the prompt.

There may be times when you need to show it as a reprint/copy

But to change the prompt, go to Design, text, order processing reports, invoice tab. its at the top.

If you want to find any prompt simply go to Design menu, text, and use the search box to find the text you want to change.

True, been `testing` this just now and each has `Reprint` along the top.

i don't doubt you have reprint on your invoices, I think there must be a reason for this which is worth investigating as often something like this is an indication of other things that could be wrong too

Reprint is generated by using the Reprint Invoice button at the bottom. As opposed to printing from the Reports tab.

PS Only just realised this!

PPS Be handy if there was a Print Invoice button.
