Uploading ftp error - any ideas?

Hello All

Just been tootling about on my site and went to do an upload. Error returned

The FTP session was terminated

Just as the search indices were being checked

In Network Setup, clicking test returns this error

Unable to connect to the FTP server "ftp.bicyclerubber.com". The FTP session was terminated

I checked with my isp / host (namesco) to see if they have a fault but I suspect it may be closer to home.... maybe my new router (a BT home hub) is stopping it?

Any ideas welcome, thanks!

Check that port 21 is open on your router and firewall.
