Paper format for reprinting invoice

Something happened lately... I cannot remember exactly when...
Each time I print an invoice or packing list, I must change the paper format.
Be default, the « A3 » size is select. I must change it to « Letter ».
By default, all my printers are set to « Letter ». If I used them with any other software, the right « Letter » format is displayed. Where should I look to set the right format once for all.

Have you checked the page size setting in Actinic in File|Printer Setup - Paper?

Every time I quit Actinic, the paper size of all my printers (HP 5000, HP 3030, PDF and Minolta CF20000 are set to « letter » !
When I reopen and try to print, the infamous « A3 » reappear !
There's a « mixup » somewhere...

Actinic will remember the print setting that you last set up for each report, I would suggest clearing the registry for the print settings, it should then use the default

I have a similar problem but only when trying to print to pdf. The paper size always reverts back to US Letter rather than A4. I've changed the settings in the pdf printer and in Actinic and followed Jan's suggestions but nothing helps.

Try this, set up a new printer in your printer settings that points to the same printer but has a default value of A4 and then change each report you want to print from Actinic (by printing the report and using the printer settings button on the printer dialog or report selection dialog to select the new printer - actually physically printing it, or else the printer details won't be saved) to use this new printer.
