Exporting entire catalog to Excel sheet

On version 7, Is it possible to Export the catalog into an excel format spreadsheet?
some items have Components, and Attributes.

Yes, but to get all the details, you will need to export a hierarchal spreadsheet. See the built in help topic Exporting data for more details, including information on where to find sample files.
