Removing 'user definable' line from shipping notes.

I've only just started using shipping notes - and have noticed that a 'user definable' line is shown - its actually the line from our checkout that asks 'how did you find us?'. How do I get rid of it (and the users answers) from the shipping note?

The Shipping Note is generated from a Crystal Reprts template that will need to be edited. You either need a copy of Crystal Reports or find someone who will edit it for a small fee (search this site for Crystal Reports)
