Find and replace

Hi all

I was wondering if there is any way to use "find and replace" on the entire site.

I am trying to replace the 'a' in Kahrs (brand name) with the german type 'ä' (Kährs).

I think Mole End have a plug-in http://www.mole-end.biz/ or you can edit the database directly if feeling confident
