error 400

HI,

A customer has just phoned me today and said there is a problem with my site because when he goes to check out all that keeps coming up is

"Error 400. An internal server error has occurred, please try later"

It works fine for me and i've received an order since from a customer. Im just worried that some more customers are getting this error. Is this a fault with my website or is it something to do with the customers computer.

The only thing I saw just now was that you have some secure and some unsecure items on your checkout pages. Otherwise no 400 error. This could've been a temporary server side issue.

Thanks for that. I noticed that it says i have unsecure items, do you know how do i remove the unsecure items?

Reference the items that are flagging the unsecure message into the secure area also. Odds on it will be an image.
