    Help!!

    I have 2 problems.

    Firstly, once an order is cancelled, or unable to be completed, how do we remove it from the pending screen?

    Secondly, when trying to upload a small change to our website, the process went as far as the 3rd option; brochure pages, found an error, and stopped. We can get no further, and more importantly, have now lost the web page from the site completely. What (in simple terms!) do I need to do?

    I can answer the first one for you:

    An order moves to completed once it has been paid, all the items shipped (or cancelled) and the invoice has been printed.

    If you have any orders that don't move then check:

    a) That all items have been shipped or cancelled.

    b) That there's no outstanding balance in the payments section.

    c) That if any items have been shipped that the invoice has been printed.

    I can't really help on the second item. The only thing I can think of (and it may not be relevant) is to make sure you have a product item (not brochure) selected on the catalog tree and the retrying the website update.

      1. Delete the order?

      2. What was the error? (try the upload again if you can't remember)
      It may have been complaining about a missing reference, in which case it's probably easy to fix.
