    Missing Orders

    Hi all

    This is my first post, I am using ver 7 and it appears that I sometime miss the orders for which the payment has been recived by WorldPay. It happens very occassionally. I have checked them under all tabs of the order processing menu of the software i.e pending, completed, pending & completed and pending payment service provider, but cant seem to get them. I also dont get emails for those orders.
    can someone please help

    Welcome to the community.

    The best bet in this case would be to check your server error logs for errors /issues around the times of the payments being made into the Worldpay account. You see nothing because the order file has somehow been corrupted or has been saved to a location other than the 'acatalog' folder (bizzare possibility) and hence is not available to Actinic for download.

    Actinic generates an error file called error.err usually in the 'acatalog' folder. Check this one, it is also accessible via the 'Help | Troubleshooting' menu in the application.

    A search for missing orders on the forum should produce some threads that will help you understand the circumstances that could cause this to happen.
