Merging & CGI Scripts Errors....

Hi,

I seem to be experiencing some problems with merging the files on my website.
Once i upload the website, it uploads everything and as the process is about to end and actinic "merges" files on the site, i always receive this error message about actinic not being able to merge the files on the site.

Also i have noticed that if i try to completely refresh the website, it will return this error stating that there is a problem with the CGI scripts excuting on my website......after clicking on 'response', this is what it shows.....

Internal Server Error
Could not execute script "/websites/symlinks/wh/ee/ls/wheels.uk.com/cgi-bin/nq000001.pl"

If anyone could help me with this i would very much appreciate it =]

Has the site ever worked? It looks as though Perl is not installed correctly, is wrongly referenced or the virtual cgi-bin folder has a problem and is lacking execute permissions.
