Purchase failing Business 6 Version 6.1.2

When customers are purchasing online, then go to checkout using valid ssl, they sometimes get this error message.

The next time the purchase will work perfectly OK,.

Seems to be something to do with timeout somewhere.

Any ideas anyone. The session time out on web/set expiry period is set to 3 hours.

Ref previous message, I think we may have found the problem.

It appears unless you have a fully updated and patch IE, it generates this error that cause the transaction to fail

Our programmer advises this is caused by IE not correctly supporting java script, although the java script is correct on the page.

With a fully patched IE you still get the warning in the bottom RHS, and clicking the warning brings up this message.

This would appear to be substantiated by the fact on exactly the same machine a purchase with Netscape 6.2 works fine, and with the latest Mozilla. However an unpatched IE fails . When the IE was updated, it works fine, just gives the error if you click the box.

If anyone else experiences this, please post.
