    Emails not received

    Hi

    I am using actinic ver 7. the problem is sometimes I dont get emails (on the email address set in the business settings) for some of the orders that have been received and payed for through worldpay .. can anyone plz help ,

    The order confirmation emails only get sent when the customer returns to the receipt page on your site after paying. If they don't return to your site then no email gets sent.

      is there any way that I can receive all emails or , make the customers come back to the receipt page

        There is no way to force the customer to return. If you find it's a problem, you could put a note on the checkout page before they click to the psp saying something like "Be sure to click the 'return' button after paying to see your receipt and important delivery information" (or whatever makes sense when using worldpay). You might also be able to change the text worldpay display once payment has been confirmed.
