Affiliate Window

Does anyone have any experience of using and integrating Affiliate Window with Actinic? It's not very clear on their website quite how it all works.

Example sites would be good!

Affiliatewindow

I am using Affiliatewindow very successfully, but I am unable to integerate it so that I get Affiliatewindow stats showing in Google Analytics. This would enable me to compare all my ROI's.
Any ideas?
