It's now a year since Actinic's management buy out (MBO). In that time, we have nearly doubled the size of the support team, as well as introducing the knowledge base, this forum and a new internal ticket tracking system. We hope that everyone has noticed the difference.
We will shortly be publishing a press release with a report on the company one year after the MBO. We are looking for a couple of favourable customer quotes to include at the end of the release. If you have genuinely enjoyed your customer experience with Actinic, particularly from the support department, or have noticed improvements over the last year, then we would like to hear from you.
