is it possible to add a drop down box to actorder2 to let users specify where they heard about the site???

Yes - open Act_Order02 in a text editor such as Notepad (backup first if unsure) find the line that says:

<!-- Use the HTML below to have a drop-down for the 'How did you find our site?' -->

Remove the next <!-- and the next one you come to just above NETQUOTEDEL:GENERALPROMPT000

In between these two edit <OPTION VALUE="Google">Google Search Engine to give a list of the choices you want to show.
