Cutomise the data in the Basket, Customer E-mail and Order Print-Out

Hi,

Is there a way I can customise what data is extracted from a product and displayed in the Shopping Basket, Customer E-mail and Order Print-Out.

For example, if I wanted to have some information from the "Full Description" field of the product added to the cart.

This in effect could help staff when picking out orders and would save time looking up references and such.

I don't have a copy to hand but is this not in the Advanced User Guide? Or am I dreaming about something else
