Product "other info" field

I am requesting info from my clients when ordering by using the other info field, which seems to be working fine and the info. is being requested as they order. The info. they enter is not coming back to me, is that right?

CHeck the Misc Tab within the order details, this is where that information is normally downloaded to within the order.

Thank you for the update. The information entered by the customer is not downloading to the MISC tab, but it is within the Data Entry Report for the order. Any ideas why it is not in the tab as it should be.

Hi Dee

The info won't be in the Misc tab - this is used for additional prompts in the checkout. You should find the info entered for the product Other Info prompt by double clicking the line item in the Line Items tab under the field called Other Input.
