    unable to open scratch file

    Following a crash, caused by a power cut we have been unable to download orders. The message we receive is 'Unable to open scratch file'.

    Has anyone experienced this problem and how can it be resolved?

    We are using V3.10.91MA

      Also, have you tried doing a 'Web | Refresh Website'?

      When you say "a crash" - did you have to re-install Actinic after the crash?

        Thanks for responding. It was finally necessary to reinstall Actinic and it is now working fine.

        Unfortunately that power cut caused me a whole load of other problems which have taken ages to sort, hence my slow response.
