Auto create coupon code by product

Hi

I have searched the forum but can't seem to find this.

I want to be able to automatically create a coupon code when a customer orders a specific product (i.e a sample) so that when the customer comes back they enter the code and get a refund for the sample they purchased.

Is this possible, I am using V7 Business.

Unfortunately coupons have to manually created offline and uploaded.
