    email confirmation resends

    suddenly had a problem where customers have had a duplicate order confirmation email but months after the original order.
    Cant think why this would happen. Anybody seen it or got any iadeas?

    I can't believe it's been stuck in the system somewhere. My best guess would be that someone's sent it by accident manually from within Actinic.

    Is there a date sent on the email? If it's the original date then maybe it was stuck somewhere.

    You could also check in the order to see the emails sent. If it shows up there then you know where it came from.

      Ive often pressed the "Send emails to all customers" button by mistake and sent out hundreds of emails from months/years previous. This is because it is next to the download orders button and you can easily press the wrong one
