    Network Test

    Hi
    I am a bit confused concerning the network test! I can update my store ok all changes appear to be actioned on the site, but when I do a network test I get errors (see attached). Can anyone advise what is happening!

    It sounds like it may be a server side issue.

    Export and post your network settings (minus usernames and passwords) and also mention who your host is and what type of hosting you have (linux/windows).

    Others may have similar a setup and can then comment.

        have you checked to see if you have a cgi-bin? with permissions set to 755

            Hi Ian

            Have you tried to do a test with the "Use Passive FTP Transfers" box under "FTP details" ticked. If not please try that and see if it makes a difference. Also if you have a firewall installed can you check that as well.
