    Please Help: Encryption password error

    Hi all

    I am having a major problem with an encryption password for the use with Protx payment system.

    Basically when the order is transfered to Protx to get the card details, it fails. Protx have looked at the data coming in and the encryption password being specified is not the one we have put into the occprotxscripttemplate.pl file.

    Does actinic, when uploading, store this code somewhere in another file? We think it's using an older encryption file that is no longer in use, but simply changing it in the .pl file is not flushing it out.

    Can anyone help? This site was supposed to go live Monday and we are still fighting with it.

    After changing the password, did you remember to increment the version number in OCCUpgrade.ini, close and reopen Actinic to kick off the regeneration of the updated scripts?
