Are your pictures all in your site folder (probably Site1, in the Actinic program folder)?

    Try a site refresh.

Alternatively, you couldtry adding the missing images to 'File|Advanced|Additional Files', then re-updating.

The files are there, jut not showing. You either have CMYK images which need to be converted to RGB or you have FTP'd the images using ASCII instead of Binary mode.

        Thanks Guys

i will refresh the website first (only because i noticed one pic missing yesterday and when i changed its name and upload again it appeared)

i do not have any pics on CMYK so that should not be the case but i will chack anyway

P.S. i do not ftp images for the products. i leave that to actinic

I am getting a 404 error when trying to view the first missing product name directly in the acatalog directory "cabelladangeroushunt2_pc.jpg"

Yes, but when I right click and view image properties, I see a file size (the first one is 300 bytes, second 295 etc) and dimensions of 0 pixels by 0 pixels, image type unknown and 0 bytes per pixel - usually indicators or either CMYK or ASCII upload.

Hopefully the refresh will cure the problem.
