Altaire reseller accounts ?

Before I take the plunge and sign up, does anyone have any negative comments about this company ?

Im attracted to the server location and net backbone they are attached to, and so far the support has been great.

Hello there we host with Altaire, but not directly.. we have had our site up a running for a while the altaire have relocated our site which caulsed a few problems. that were soon resolved, At least i thought. We are now having problems with our smtp / mailings from actinic. But as i am not in direct contact with them it can caulse problems. I have been told not to contact them directly, which is a reall ball ache, as sometimes our middle man that forgets to keep us updated with any changes. my advice would be to deal with them directly.

Altaire do not offer end user hosting, they only sell reseller accounts and dedicated servers, thus all end user support has to come from your reseller.
