Customer Group Discount

I want to set up a 5% discount for a specific customer group but I do not want it to be a coupon code. I just want all people in a specific group to sign in receive 5% off their total order. I tried to do this on the "customer pricing" tab but this only allows the adding of charges, not a discount.
Is there a way to do this??

In Customer Pricing you can select to Multiply and set it to 0.95. This should work.
