New Actinic user - V4

Hi All,

Am new to Actinic and need some help. I purchsed version 4 for my partners new business, as I got it at a discounted price. I have then tried to change the design themes and colours, But when I alter the theme from the default business option I am unable to view an offline preview.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreiciated.

Hi Tom,

That sounds like a strange error and doesn't ring any bells with me. You might be lucky and find someone still using V4 who can help you but most actinic users have moved on from V4 many years ago. If they're like me they can't remember that far back.

Hi Mike,

I managed to get lucky and sort it out. was to do with having frames in catalogue checked I think. But it is now allowing me to use all the themes available.
