    Add to cart adds different product

    Morning All!

    Anyone had/seen an issue where if you add product X to the cart, then it actually adds product Y??

    probably interelated, but product Y cannot be found on the site anymore.

    I have done a refresh, deleted the products and re-added them, re-uploaded to no avail

    Hi Matt,

    Are these products choices, ie if you add choice x it adds choice y or are they actual products? Has product/choice 'Y' been purged from the content tree?

    I would suggest you try the following:

    - open 'Windows Explorer' and browse to your site folder (c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v?\Sites\<site name>)
    - view the files by 'details' and sort them by the 'Type' column
    - locate all files ending in .cat, .fil, .pl and .pm and delete them (take backups of any .pl or .pm files that may have been customised)
    - then browse to 'c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v?\Original' and copy all the files ending in .pl and .pm and paste them back into the site folder (there won't be as many as you have deleted, so don't worry about that). Note that if you have any customised scripts you will have to re-apply the customisations to them as you will be replacing them with the original files
    - ftp to your server and go into the 'acatalog' folder and delete all the files ending with .cat and .fil
    - then go into your cgi-bin and delete the actinic scripts ending in .pl and .pm (they will start with two letters followed by five '0s' and end with your script ID number (normally 1), eg ca000001.pl).
    - Then go back into the software and refresh the site (Web | Refresh Website)
