Can site offline effect SE Listings?

My site is offline again. This time it is 'Forbidden'. if Google was to listed my site now would it damage my listings?

YES - Big style. Google will see it as being removed and delist your pages. You need to get back online ASP

Take a look in your webstats - it should tell you when each of the search engine spiders came visiting.

My site was last visited on 2 Feb. I can see how to access previous vistits though
