Error deleting

Hi,

can anyone tell me why I get the following error when I confirm an order

"Error: Error deleting ../jklfolkfilms/jklshop/acatalog/217Z40Z197Z167A1058200472B7157.cart (No such file or directory)."

if I upolad in version 6 it is fine

Hi John,

The error you are getting with version 5 is to do with a firewall that you have on your pc. It was fixed in later versions of the software, which is why you don't get it when you upload with version 6.

Upgrading your v5 software to v5.1.6 should also solve the problem. This can be downloaded from our website at http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v5/.
