    Theme problem

    Hello again

The left sidebar of my site seems to change theme when "View Basket" is clicked.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Its showing a previous theme you have applied - do a site refresh

Purge and refresh - check for orders first and suspend ordering if the site is live.

I just purged content, orders and e-mails then completely refreshed the site and still the same.

          Any other ideas?

          Thanks

Purge and refresh is in Help | Troubleshooting - last option

You can also try compacting the database.

Try and re-apply the theme - then refresh

Smart theme is notorious for doing this, the theme does not apply itself to the cgckout pages.

thus you could go to Design, Layouts and apply ACT_PRIMARY to the checkout pages to see if it improves.

Or you could look in the themes/formats folder, smart theme to see if there is a master ofr ACT_PRIMARY_CHECKOUT and copy this to site1 - assuming it is the correct template

                      I have the same problem

I found that I had this identical problem a few days after reading this post.
I have fixed it by applying the Act_Primary template as suggested by Pinbrook
                      Thanks for that
