Report Descriptions in Offline orders

Hi there

We use the Report Description field for a Pick Bin reference but have recently found that when Packing Lists are printed for offline orders the report field isn't appearing on the list.

It's all hunkydory for the online ones - can anyone offer any suggestions on how we can resolve this?

I have no idea why this is not appearing for you. I just tested it on v7 and it works perfectly for offline orders.

Have you tried compacting your database and then checking, this is not sure to fix it, but is something you can try safely. If that does not fix it, I would suggest raising a support ticket.
