IE7 problems

please help,
i have just found out that my actinic site does not work in IE7
the site www.hallgate-timber.co.uk/acatalog works fine in mozilla firefox bu it wont let users access checkout in IE7. Any one have any ideas why?
Also if anyone has IE6 please could they be really kind and see if they get the same problem.

I suspect you have your https setting in network settings wrong, the http bounce page is this:-

http://www.hallgate-timber.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl?ACTION=SSLBOUNCE&URL=https:www.hallgate-timber.co.uk%2fcgi%2dbin%2fos000001%2epl%3fACTION%3dStart

This part 'https:www.hallgate-timber.co.uk' should be 'https://www.hallgate-timber.co.uk

Double check the settings and see if that helps. Don't know why it works in Firefox though!

errors getting to checkout usually mean the Internet Options / Advanced / "check for server certificate revocation" has been enabled by default in IE7. which doesn't work properly.

Dave had it right, i had missed the 2 slashes out when i copied the code into the new template.

Now just got to get my hosting company to sort out the cert they haven't renewed on my other site.
