I sent uk2 a copy of your message and followed up with a phonecall. They fixed it from their end. They said it was something to do with fpt permissions that had to be rest from their end and was completely out of my control.
Anyway, the good thing is the site is up and running again.
I would like to say a big thank-you to everyone for their help.
