    QB link error

    Hi
    I am trying to configure link with QB Pro. Everything is fine up to the part of trying to import the iif file into QB; it simply does not exist to import it!

    The 5 output files are in the source folder, i have processed the files in link but it appears not to be generating a iif file for some reason. I did get an error on 2 transactions i was exporting and its created an error file with these details in.

    Any pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Georgia,

    Its quite possible those errors are stopping the *.iif file from being created.

    Can you please let me know what errors where reported?

      Thanks for your time.
      The errors are both 2 orders that had been cancelled and postage set to zero as no payment had been received.

        Hi Georgia,

        It seems like you need to have at least one line item in the Actinic order for it to be imported in QB. I tested it out on my default store and got:

        Your order 'D0000000000001' contains no transaction line.This order can not be transferred.

        So you can't import orders into QB where all the line items are cancelled.
