Problem in checkout involving shipping on multiple orders

This is my first post on this forum, any help will be greatly appreciated, I ave been trying to solve this problem for a couple of days now with n luck. I am using version 4.

I am having problems with my checkout when there is more than 1 product in the cart, If there is one product in the cart it goes through fine and I get the confirmation. As soon as I have 2 or more products in the cart I get the following error on the checkout page

"Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the delivery tables.

Thank you. "

Whenever there are more than 2 items in the catalogue the shipping is never added correctly, the shipping figure is wrong. I have set the shipping in the business setting as advanced and by size.

Can you capture a screenshot of your shipping settings and paste it into the forum? There's probably a setting mistake somewhere.

Hi,

What is the 'size' of the products that you are adding to basket? I can't see what the last option you have for 'size' in the shipping table but if the combined size of the two products exceeds that then you will get the message because you have 'Do not allow Excess' selected.
