Please help my harddrive has corrupted and i have lost all of my site1 filescan i download the details from my website. PLease help!!!!

You cannot recover your online configuration by downloading from your server.
You can only capture your images and descriptions. Without adequate backups you will have to start and configure your store again from the beginning.
Download and run HTTrack and make a copy of your site offline with that. You can then cut and paste your text and also copy your images as well as try to recreate your templates again. f you have a small site with little changes you may be able to do this quite easily - if it's a heavily modified site then it will be much harder.
Next time - Backup, backup and backup. -
Or another method dependant on how valuable data is too you would be to send HDD to a file recovery service.. but this could cost....
But the idea of reular backups is the best way for future
