When buying a cushion, I am offering customers the option of free postage or a free cushion pad. This works beautifully, until........
...if someone orders one cushion design with free postage
and then orders exactly the same design, but with free pad, an error comes up in 'View Cart'.
Basically, the programme can't seem to handle having the same product on two lines, even though they have different options selected, and wants to add them together.
The chances of someone placing an order like this may be small, but it's not ideal to hope it never happens and I would like to be able to sort it before going 'live'.
I can't be the first to have this problem. Can anyone help?
