    Re-print credit card details

Is there a way of re-printing credit card details.

I am trying to supply information about some fraudulent transactions which have been already been processed.

Is there a way a making an order outstanding again then using the Outstanding credit card schedule report?

    Thanks

You can't do that but you can see the details by reprinting the credit card schedule that it was originally printed on - there is a number of the report that you enter when you choose the 'reprint credit card' option and you can also view these details by printing the data entry report, the data entry report is only available if you enable it in view / business settings / order processing, tab, once enabled though you can print it by right clicking on an order and selecting the option from the menu that appears.

      Data entry report

Thanks Jan for the quick response.

The data entry report is ideal. I had never printed out card details as I hadn't wanted to generate too much paperwork but I will just use that report instead.

      Thanks

        Order processing

Just to follow up. I have found using the Outstanding data report has helped simplify order processing and reduce the amount of paperwork being generated per order.

        Now all I do is~

        Download orders
        Print Oustanding Data Entry Report
        Mark as shipped
        Mark payment as received

The benefits of this is that all the information is printed out on the same page - credit card info, shipping note, other user definable questions.

As we use a separate point of sales system I can pass all info over on one page for order processing and access to Actinic for further information is not required.

Also I don't need to print Invoices to file, which although not difficult, is something else to have to explain/setup and teach the end user.

Thanks Jan for making the process a lot more efficient and my life simpler.
