Is it possible to view the traffic for other websites? I would like to validate the visitor figures that some advertisment sites are quoting me.

Generally not (not officially) if they are using anything half decent in terms of hosting and stats packages - most require a username and password to login ... some of the older web counter type packages could easily be opened by clicking onto them and then loading some info hidden in the <head> of the pages accordingly .. so I hear
